The Story of Hydrosols

Herb Healing Waters

Aromatic water remaining after distilling herbs and plants imparts a subtle, natural flavor to sauces, marinades, and drinks — without overpowering other aromas.

They provide delicate herbal or floral notes — like rose, lavender, or basil — enhancing sauces, desserts, drinks, or even marinades without adding extra liquid or overpowering the recipe. Plus, they offer a more nuanced touch than extracts.

★ What makes it different ★

Do you know what turns an ordinary dish into A MASTERPIECE?

One drop of aromatic water — hydrosol. The pure essence of a plant, captured by steam distillation. NO alcohol. NO chemicals. Just pure flavor, aroma, and benefits — herbs that completely transform cooking.

Pure 100% Natural

PROCESS OF DISTILLATION

We steam-distill fresh herbs — Ontario-grown sage, oak root, lavender, cherry wood — to capture their living aroma in a single drop of pure water. The way grandmothers did it. The way labs can't replicate.

  • Steam-distilled in small batches
  • Zero solvents, zero alcohol
  • Ontario-region herbs only
Beef · Oak Root
Chicken · Dandelion

PROCESS OF MARINADE

Once distilled, the hydrosol meets the meat. Beef rests for hours — not minutes — soaking up oak root, sage, and cherry-wood notes. No artificial tenderizers. No phosphate injections.

  • Slow-marinated 12–48 hours
  • Pure plant hydrosols, zero alcohol
  • Tenderness without chemistry
But wait — there's more!
